At Wilderness Explorers we believe very strongly in valuable outdoor learning in the natural environment for all children & young people.

Offering a wide variety of exciting activities suitable for nursery and Primary age children, we plan our sessions for schools to match the learning outcomes in the National Curriculum.  

 

All our sessions have a cross-curricular approach through hands on games and activities, which are tailored to suit the educational needs of your group. We aim to give pupils opportunities to work scientifically and creatively in areas that are difficult to create in the school environment.

A visit to us in the woods in Woburn will be an exciting cross-curricular experience for children. Learning in the outdoors provides the ideal opportunity for children to increase knowledge across a range of subjects and to gain self-confidence through achieving practical tasks, most of which don’t require pencil and paper.
